  • How to change the output directory?
  • You may click the Tools>Set Output Folder menu item and choose an existing directory.

  • How to view the detailed information of the source file, like bit rate, audio info, etc.?
  • Just double-click your task and then view the detailed information in the Media Information dialog.

  • How to make the MP4 output size smaller?
  • You may choose or input a smaller Bit Rate for Output Settings>Video. The default video bit rate is 1200.

  • I think this program should turn my pc off automatically when all my tasks completed. How to do this?
  • Please click the Tools>Options menu item and then choose Shut down computer in the When all tasks completed combo box.

  • How to forward/backward quickly? It's too slow now.
  • Please click the Tools>Options menu item and switch to the Misc tab. Now you can modify the Preview backward/forward step value.

  • I noticed there are only max 3 tasks running at the same time. How to increase this value?
  • You may modify the Max number of conversion threads value in the Tools>Options>Advanced dialog. But be careful, too many threads may freeze your system. It depends on your CPU. The higher your CPU speed, the more threads you can set.

  • I would like to save the output file to the same directory of my source file. How to do this?
  • Please click the Tools>Options menu item and check the Output to the same folder of the source file option.

  • I think I disarranged the settings of the Options dialog. How to restore them to defaults?
  • There is a Restore Defaults button on the Options dialog, just click it.

  • The preview player is always play source file. How to preview the output file?
  • First, please make sure the Preview>Preview Output File menu item is checked. Now the preview is for your output file.

  • Can't register the program. The program says my regcode is incorrect.
  • First, make sure you input the code correctly. It is better to copy and paste the code. Second, be sure you are registering the program you've purchased. Third, check the version of the program, make sure it is the version you've purchased.

  • When will I receive my purchased program and now will I register it?
  • You should receive your registration name and code via e-mail in a few minutes after purchase. To register the program you need to download it from our site and input your registration number. You can find all our products here.

  • I've just lost my registration code. Do I need pay again to get it back?
  • To receive your personal registration information follow this link or contact our Support Team and provide the full and correct personal information you used to place your order: exact e-mail address, Last name, First name, order ID.

  • I input my regcode and my name and register the program but I'm not sure if I'm registered or not.
  • To check if you have registered correctly, open the program and choose Help > About... and check the "This software is registered to" field to see if you are registered or not.

  • I want to register the program on stand alone computer, which is not connected to the Internet. How can I do that?
  • You can install the program on this computer, copy your registration name and code from e-mail and input the name and code to register the program.
    You can also order a CD so you can re-install the program any time. The CD will be for additional $12.50.

  • Do I have to pay sales tax?
  • We charge applicable sales tax for orders shipped to California, Minnesota and Washington. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs.

    Since July 1, 2003 VAT (Tax) are applied on all Digital products sold into the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Greece, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and The United Kingdom.

  • Can I order without a credit card?

  • What address should I enter in the billing information screen?
  • For credit card verification, you must enter the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. You do not need to enter a middle name or initial.

  • How do I enter a shipping address?
  • If you ordered a physical product, the order form will ask you if you would like the product shipped to the same address as your billing address.

    If you do not want the product shipped to same address as your billing address, please select "No" and you will be prompted for shipping information after you hit the submit button.

  • Should I put spaces or dashes in the credit card number?
  • No. Your card number should be entered in as a continuous string of numbers.

  • I want to receive your program(s) on CD. What should I do?
  • To receive a back up CD with the installation files, put a tick to the Get it on CD! option on the ordering page.

  • Your software does not do what I need, I would like my payment refunded.
  • If for some reason you are not satisfied with our software and would like your payment to be refunded, please check our refund policy page.   • When will the credit appear on my credit card?
  • Once the refund has been processed, it will take about seven to ten business days for the credit to appear on your account. If the credit does not appear, please contact your credit card company and ask where they have posted the credit information. On numerous occasions, banks have posted information in a way that is unexpected.
